Due to the nature of jewellery products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued as replacement or store credit only.
Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery orders.
Zoyelle reserves the right to reject any claim without proper proof.
